Job Description
Makati Shangri-La is a luxurious hotel situated in the heart of Manila’s financial district, minutes from the international airport. We are currently seeking a Service Leader – Kitchen (Pastry) to uphold our service and hygiene standards. Responsibilities include maintaining food preparation, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, supervising kitchen personnel, supporting the Sous Chef, and fostering a positive team environment. The ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverage, experience in a luxury restaurant or 5-star hotel, fluency in English, and is a committed self-starter.
