Job Description
Sphere Rocket VA is seeking a Real Estate Compliance Manager to conduct regular audits ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations. Duties include:
- Conducting audits of listing documents.
- Reviewing contracts and transactions for discrepancies.
- Documenting audit findings and preparing reports.
- Assisting in developing internal control procedures.
- Optimizing compliance checklists.
