Job Description
We’re seeking a skilled Project Estimator to join our dynamic team at Remarkablism Services Corp..
Responsibilities:
- Assess construction plans for residential projects.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers on pricing.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Submit bid proposals and related documents.
- Communicate with suppliers and project managers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or relevant experience.
- Proven experience in residential estimation.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Bluebeam or similar software.
- Strong attention to detail and deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time, Php30,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month.
