Job Description
Main Purpose of the Job: Drive profitable growth for Distributor key customers. Collaborate with Field Sales Managers and distributor partners to create business plans, model effective selling and negotiation techniques, and ensure excellent execution through customer coverage and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build Customer business plans.
- Define standard routines for order execution.
- Adhere to Company principles and policies.
- Drive selling and negotiation of customer plans.
- Achieve Customer targets and KPIs.
- Ensure execution through cross-functional collaboration.
- Coach on Nestlé selling standards.
