Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles.
- Background in insurance operational processes.
- 1-4 years experience in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Customer oriented.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support Agency operations and achieve sales targets.
- Process New Business transactions promptly.
- Accurate posting of premium collections.
- Provide effective customer service for walk-in clients.
- Maintain branch office facilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day shift, 8-hour shift
