Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid and emergency care for workplace injuries and illnesses.
- Assess employee health concerns and refer to specialists.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Develop health promotion and wellness programs.
- Conduct health screenings and immunizations.
- Educate employees on health, safety, and wellness topics.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with HR and management on health issues.
