Job Description:
- Discuss and align monthly plans with workers.
- Make decisions to solve problems and improve line efficiency.
- Conduct meetings and prepare contingency plans for line stops.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 900 and 1400 policies during audits.
- Prepare and report workforce and line performance regularly.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Supervisor in Automotive Manufacturing.
- Proficient in reading diagrams and CAD.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, preferably a board passer.
- Valid driver’s license; willing to work in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
