Job Description
The Clinical Quality Assurance Division Supervisor is responsible for ensuring timely and effective implementation of all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance activities. The role requires close collaboration with various department managers to maintain service quality and comply with regulatory requirements.
Duties include:
- Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies.
- Conducting clinical audits for patient safety and infection control.
- Managing risk assessments and addressing quality-related issues.
- Documenting quality assurance activities and reporting.
- Providing training and development interventions.
