Job Description
PBO Global is seeking a Chief Accountant to oversee financial reporting and accounting functions. A strong background in financial reports, analysis, and proficiency in Excel is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present financial reports.
- Conduct financial analysis for trends and variances.
- Oversee budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure accuracy of the general ledger.
- Manage audit processes and financial systems.
- Supervise accounting staff and maintain best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
- 1+ years of accounting or finance experience.
- Proficient in Excel; familiar with School Automate.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Residing in Nueva Ecija or Cabanatuan is preferred.
