Job Description
Join JC Recruitment as a Purchasing/Procurement Specialist! Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and processing sales orders from customers.
- Preparing purchase orders for suppliers based on sales needs.
- Monitoring stock levels and coordinating timely replenishment.
- Handling customer inquiries about orders and delivery status.
- Coordinating shipments and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Preparing regular reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience with procurement and knowledgeable in stock control.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
