Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and emails promptly and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with order inquiries, payment issues, and website navigation.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented, with excellent English communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Amazon, Shopify, and customer service software.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php14,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day, Night, Rotational shifts.
