Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive HR Admin Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an HR Admin Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to provide support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule training programs and employee development activities.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Manage employee benefits administration, including insurance claims and leave management.
- Handle and resolve employees’ queries and issues regarding HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Prior experience in an HR administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in using HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
