- Optimize technology tools, particularly Google Sheets.
- Track KPIs and report on key business outcomes.
- Develop training programs for team proficiency.
- Improve client experience through effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Good English communication skills.
- Experience in admin support or as a VA.
- CRM management experience is a plus.
