Job Description
SUPERL PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a Purchasing Staff to assist in overseas purchases. Key responsibilities include:
- Assist managers in purchasing materials and products smoothly.
- Search and compare quotations from suppliers.
- Negotiate the best purchasing packages.
- Coordinate the bidding process for transparency.
- Track orders and monitor deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Respond to overseas purchasing requests.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and English (both written and spoken).
- Responsible, honest, and flexible with working hours.
