Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Manager to join our team. As the IT Service Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our organization’s service desk, ensuring that all IT service requests and incidents are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Your responsibilities will include managing a team of service desk technicians, monitoring IT service performance, implementing and improving service desk processes, and ensuring that customer satisfaction targets are met. You will also be responsible for analyzing service desk metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
