Job Description
Perform sales and marketing activities to exceed sales while maintaining positive customer relations.
- Maximize the sales of Woofy Subscription plans to SMDC residents/tenants.
- Develop and maintain strong value-added relationships with SMDC residents.
- Implement selling tactics that focus on delivering the desired financial results to distribution.
- Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives.
- Initiate and provide product knowledge sessions to educate subscribers.
- Develop primary knowledge of the marketplace (users, applications, products, competition, and channels).
- Analyze market potential and communicate competitor market data to immediate head.
- Prepare and generate daily marketing activities report for submission.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in coordination with the Technical Team and Operations/Head Office.
- Continual education on new and existing products and services.
- Conduct hands-on training to new recruit Marketing Rep. on-site.
