Job Description
Joii Philippines Inc. is seeking an IT Intern responsible for providing technical and non-technical assistance to all end-users and IT infrastructure support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with system backup and maintenance
- Troubleshoot network and hardware issues
- Update user and technical documentation
- Provide help desk support
- Assist with deploying desktop computers and laptop images
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- No prior experience required
- Good communication skills
