Job Description
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Install, configure, maintain computer systems, servers, network devices, and peripherals.
- Monitor and manage the company’s network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Set up new user accounts, email addresses, and access permissions.
- Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and other IT-related equipment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, especially those related to IT and information security.
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related course.
- Candidate must have strong knowledge of operating systems and must be proficient in software installation and configuration.
- With strong problem-solving skills for IT-related issues and concerns.
- Candidate must have a strong understanding of programming.
- Candidate must have at least 5 years of related working experience.
- Candidate must be a team player and can work well with employees of all levels of the organization.
