Job Description
You will be responsible for managing and enhancing the relationship between employees and the organization. Your focus will be on resolving workplace issues, fostering employee satisfaction, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting a positive work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related course
- At least 3 years of experience in employee and labor relations
- Strong understanding of Philippine Labor Law
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain positive relations with employees and management
