Job Description
We are looking for a RESTAURANT MANAGER to be assigned at Buffalo’s Wings N’ Things located at SM City Clark Pampanga.
General Responsibility: Meet restaurant financial objectives by managing budgets and schedules, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Responsibilities include:
- Delegate responsibilities and supervise operations
- Hire, train, and coach employees
- Resolve customer and employee disputes
- Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards
- Oversee marketing and sales initiatives
- Analyze data for process improvements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php23,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience: 2 years as a Restaurant Manager (Preferred)
