Job Description
Swak BPO Corp. is one of the fastest-growing BPO centers in the Clark Freeport Zone. We pride ourselves on doing great work for customers with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm. Our work environment represents a culture of dedication, stability, and teamwork. As the business expands, we seek to hire a Kitchen Staff to join our growing company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Cleaning all dishes, workstations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations
- Organizing the kitchen station with all the required equipment
- Ensuring the kitchen is always clean and sanitized
- Assisting other kitchen staff and Kitchen Manager
- Handle customer complaints and handle issues that may arise
- Ensuring that food is prepared and cooked to the correct specifications
- Preparing ingredients and cooking dishes according to recipes
Job Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Able to work with a team
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work safely in a kitchen environment
- Knowledge of cooking equipment and kitchen procedures and food safety is a huge required
- Must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule
*This is going to be an on-site work. Our offices are located in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga.
