Job Description
I. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and orientation programs.
- Check Time Sheets and official Business Forms for each payroll cut-off.
- File Timesheets and official Business Forms.
- Monitor daily attendance of staff.
- Compute and process payroll.
- Receive applications and schedule interviews.
- Handle filing of Government Benefits (SS, PHIC, HDMF).
- Release memos approved by management.
- Prepare technical documents for bidding.
- Monitor renewal of eligible documents (Philgeps, PCAB, Mayor’s Permit & Tax Clearance).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php 13,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
