Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Care Agent to join the Six Eleven Global Services & Solutions team.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Previous experience handling clients over the phone is a must.
- Credit repair experience is a bonus.
- Preference for candidates with Australian campaign experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
What We Offer:
- Salary range: 18,00 to 21,00 PHP per month
- Full attendance bonus: 750 PHP per month
- Day shift (Australian time zone)
