Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team at Stealth Monitoring as a Customer Support Specialist (French Bilingual). As a Customer Support Specialist, your main responsibility will be providing exceptional service and support to our French-speaking customers.
Your day-to-day role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction by utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our French-speaking customers, providing assistance with product information, troubleshooting, and order updates.
The ideal candidate for this position must be fluent in French and possess excellent interpersonal skills. It is essential to have strong written and verbal communication abilities in French, as well as a strong ability to empathize and understand customer needs.
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, although not required. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure that you have the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in this role.
