Job Description
The Business Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the Branch at the Philippine Bank of Communications (PBCOM). He/she plans, organizes, and executes business strategies; coordinates with branch operations to ensure satisfactory service performance and compliance with bank policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve deposit, loan, and fee income targets.
- Enhance financial service solutions and client relationships.
- Talent upskilling and capability building.
- Maintain high quality in audits and portfolio management.
- Monitor KYC/AML compliance and manage fraud.
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Mabalacat, Pampanga
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in banking and branch management preferred.
