OVERALL PURPOSE: Provide resourcing, onboarding, and movement support within BHP.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify complex problems and create effective solutions.
- Align with senior management on strategic goals.
- Develop resources under your management.
- Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
- Manage medium to large teams in various HR functions.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role, preferably in HR Core Operations or HR Outsourcing.
