Job Description
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any other related courses.
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Liaison Staff, or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications.
- Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks.
- Completion of pre-employment documents of newly hired employees.
- Well-organized and complete 201 files.
- Coordinating new HR policies, reminders, and inquiries for company employees.
- Assisting payroll processing.
- Effective communication with employees regarding loan status and requirements.
- Timely processing and submission of loan applications.
- Accurate and efficient handling of administrative tasks, such as document preparation, data entry, and record keeping.
- And do other related matters that may be assigned.
