Job Description:
- Handle typing, filing, and faxing for the Finance Manager.
- Log and distribute accounting documents.
- Issue Provisional Receipts and manage collections.
- Prepare Daily Cash Position Report and checks for disbursement.
- Manage Petty Cash Fund and related transactions.
- File and monitor rental contracts and insurance renewals.
- Prepare Telegraphic Transfer Forms for foreign suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company regulations.
