Job Description
Greewatt Corporation is seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager.
Must have work experience as an aftersales manager and know how to handle warranty units effectively.
Key responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction through after-sales service, developing strategies to improve processes, and supervising after-sales service staff.
Monitor customer feedback trends, implement quality control processes, and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
