Job Description
Are you passionate about assisting individuals in reaching their full potential? Join our team as a Learning and Capability Development Manager! In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing learning programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Develop and implement innovative learning strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored solutions.
- Design engaging learning materials, such as e-learning modules, workshops, and job aids.
- Facilitate training sessions and assess participants’ progress and knowledge retention.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
