Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Production Section Head at SFI Multimix Corporation, a part of the Rebisco Group of Food Companies. As the Production Section Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our production team to ensure efficient and quality-driven operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and strategies
- Monitoring production processes to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
- Identifying areas for process improvements and cost optimization
- Managing and allocating resources, including manpower and equipment
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
- Training and mentoring production staff to enhance their skills and performance
