Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collect rent and fees from tenants and owners.
- Pay property expenses, such as taxes and maintenance costs.
- Report financial status and occupancy to property owners.
- Meet potential tenants, show properties, and assess applications.
- Advertise vacant properties and hire leasing agents as needed.
- Inspect properties and arrange necessary repairs.
- Manage contracts for ongoing services and handle disputes.
- Investigate and resolve property complaints and rental violations.

Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
