Job Description
This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the WalterMart Department Store, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively. The role includes motivating the team with excellent customer service and developing business strategies to succeed in a competitive marketplace.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four (4) years course, preferably in business.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in retail or quick-service restaurants in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of store management and operations.
Job Type: Full-time | Schedule: 8 hour shift | Location: Muntinlupa City (required).
