Job Description:
- Prepare units that are scheduled for viewing and acceptance.
- Interact with clients/buyers regarding the turn-over of units from inspection to acceptance.
- Ensure units are ready for inspection, focusing on cleanliness, completeness, and functionality.
- Prepare and provide turn-over reports and related documentation.
Job Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Real Estate Management, Mass Communication, or related course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in customer service or related work is a plus.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
Job Type: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: From Php 21,00.00 per month
