Job Description
One-day hiring process. Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents as priority in our Metro sites.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with understanding their bills, charges, and payment options.
- Process payments, refunds, and adjustments according to company policies.
- Set up payment plans for customers when necessary.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on billing activities.
