Job Description
Join us for a one-day hiring process! Earn up to Php25,00 monthly as we are mass hiring for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle hotel reservations, inquiries, and cancellations.
- Provide accurate information about hotel availability and rates.
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues.
- Meet performance targets for quality and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
