Job Description
The Excelsior Hotel is seeking an Admin Assistant to support our hotel’s administrative operations. The Admin Staff will perform various tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and respond to emails.
- Process paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with hotel departments for task coordination.
- Develop policies to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate’s/Bachelor’s preferred.
- 1-2 years of hotel administration experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php645.00 per day
