Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to 25k monthly! We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information on healthcare services, insurance coverage, and appointment scheduling.
- Resolve customer complaints related to healthcare services and billing.
- Enter and update patient information accurately.
- Communicate updates in policies and procedures to customers.
