Job Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Provide accurate information based on company policies.
- Foster a positive team environment.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when required.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- On-site work and interview availability.
Salary: Up to Php30,00/month
Schedule: 8-hour shifts (Day/Night)
