Job Description

Responsibilities:

Complete minor repairs, including doors, locks, and replacing light bulbs.
Perform basic plumbing tasks, such as unclogging drains and fixing leaks.
Conduct regular cleaning duties, including sweeping and vacuuming.
Maintain outdoor areas, including lawn care and snow removal.
Inspect control panels and electrical wiring for issues.
Inventory maintenance supplies and notify the Supervisor of shortages.
Respond promptly to emergency repair requests.
Ensure maintenance equipment is in working order.
Knowledgeable in electrical and mechanical work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php450.00 – Php520.00 per month
