Job Description
BeachBox Vacation Rentals is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should excel in teamwork and have strong independent work, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Job Duties: Provide excellent customer service, list homes on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO, perform data entry, respond to guest inquiries, and upsell additional products.
Schedule: Day/Night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Qualifications: College graduate preferred. Must have reliable internet and laptop.
