Job Description
AVS is seeking a Customer Relations Manager who excels at addressing customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency, while also providing administrative support to the CEO as an Executive Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Generate coupon codes to replace missing food items.
- Submit refund requests after verifying orders.
- Communicate customer feedback to leadership.
- Assist with calendar management and email correspondence.
- Help organize meetings and daily operations.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of executive assistance, 2 years of customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Available during peak hours (12 PM – 1 PM & 5 PM – 6 PM EST).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
