Job Description
Job Objective: The Procurement Officer is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain process of the company.
Job Description:
- Coordinate with various departments.
- Enforce procurement policies and procedures.
- Source suppliers for company needs.
- Process purchase requests and orders.
- Manage inventories and maintain records.
- Submit documents for supplier payments.
- Organize filing system of requests and purchases.
- Prepare budgets and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business.
- At least 1 year of related experience.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
