Job Description
Role Description: The Human Resources Generalist will manage various HR functions including Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Discipline Management, while also assisting in developing HR policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
- At least three years of HR experience.
- Minimum one year in Sourcing, especially prescreening.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Experience in IT, particularly networking and cybersecurity, is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00/month | Schedule: 8-hour shift
