Job Description
As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to promote the bank’s loan products and actively achieve targets in your assigned area. Establishing and maintaining good relationships with clients is essential.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in loans and collection is an advantage.
- Must have driving skills (motorcycle) and a valid driver’s license.
- 2-3 years of sales and field work experience.
- Experience handling SS/GSIS pension loans is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, local dialect proficiency preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
