Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outstanding accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts
- Negotiate payment plans with clients
- Prepare reports on collection activities
