Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle agents concerning the MO.
- Print daily MO received.
- Distribute MO to line leaders.
- Act as production planner to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with logistics for delivery scheduling.
- Submit daily delivery to involved parties.
- Create Delivery Receipts and Sales Invoices.
- Prepare inserts for items shipping outside Luzon.
- Provide packing lists for deliveries.
- Assist agents with inventory inquiries.
- Pack items for urgent delivery.
- Answer Sales Agent inquiries regarding MO and urgent delivery.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Benefits: Opportunities for promotion, pay raise
Schedule: 8-hour day shift; Overtime pay applies
