Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites.
Position Overview:
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and clients making hotel reservations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other channels.
- Assist with modifying or canceling reservations.
- Troubleshoot reservation issues and promote special deals.
