Basic Function: The customer service representative shall function as a “one stop shop” for all inquiries, complaints or concerns from customers.
Basic Duties:
- Assist and handle customer inquiries and complaints via walk-in, phone, or email.
- Understand customers’ needs and keep records of interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
- College graduate in any business-related course.
- 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative.
- Available to start ASAP.
Pay: Php20,00.00 per month
Benefits: Flextime, health insurance, opportunities for promotion, and paid training.
