Job Description
Touchwood Furniture Kreatives Corp. is seeking an Office Staff to support daily operations. Responsibilities include:
- Sorting and distributing mail, greeting visitors, and scheduling appointments.
- Assisting management with clerical tasks, including emails and document filing.
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies and ensuring smooth office operations.
- Compiling and maintaining employee records and organizing admin documents.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of office administration experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php14,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
